By accessing or using ViewLa (including our website, AI video generation tools such as Text to Video and Image to Video, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Use of the Service
You may use ViewLa only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for your account, your prompts and uploaded content, and your use of generated videos. You must not use the service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or to abuse the platform or other users.
3. Credits and Payment
Video generation consumes credits as described on our Pricing page. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account. Refund and cancellation terms are as stated at the time of purchase and in our payment provider's policies.
4. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited license to use ViewLa and to use the videos you generate in accordance with these terms. You retain rights in your input content; you are responsible for having necessary rights to use it. Our brand, software, and design remain our property.
5. Disclaimer
ViewLa and its AI video outputs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may vary; you use it at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ViewLa and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business) arising from your use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and may notify you where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
